1.雞蛋4隻
2.麵粉3茶匙
3.蛋黃
4.雞蛋清
5.雞蛋清加入糖，打發 ，做法打好的炒菜蛋清是倒扣也不會掉的為好
6.打好的蛋清留一點出來備用
7.在打好的蛋清中加入蛋黃，攪拌均勻
8.加入麵粉，拌勻
9.已拌好的材料
10.擦幹鍋裏的水份 ，抹上油 ，做法細火預熱（不要太熱 ，炒菜有點感覺就行了）
11.把材料倒入後，把留出來備用的烤蛋蛋白也點綴在上麵
12.小火烤5-7分鍾
13.烤好後 ，趁熱把蛋糕卷起切塊裝盤即可
