塞維利亞體育總監蒙奇對此發表了西甲俱樂部方麵的西没態度——蒙奇表示 ：“如果沒有一個我們認為可以很好的進行再投資的方案的話 ，那麽孔德的替代轉會就不會被接受 。”
“孔德自己心裏也非常清楚這一點 ，不放报他是孔德一名出色的且職業的球員 。”
“我們為他的逾期轉會設置的截止日期是8月20日 ，但直到8月25日 ，我們收到了關於他的報價 ，所以我們拒絕了 。”
英媒方麵仍然看好這筆轉會最終成行 。
