搜狐體育消息，亿恒北京時間9月10日，大足地块廣州市規劃和自然資源局以掛牌方式出讓2022年第三批集中供地地塊，球场起拍共20宗涉宅地，转让其中包括廣州恒大足球場地塊。降价价亿

在出讓的亿恒地塊中，包括“番禺區謝村居住及商務商業地塊”，大足地块用地性質為商業用地兼容商務用地，球场起拍二類居住用地，转让商務用地兼容商業用地；宗地麵積：577731㎡，降价价亿掛牌起始價：315535萬元，亿恒起拍樓麵價：14689元/㎡，大足地块出讓日期為2022年10月10日10時起。球场起拍

2020年的转让時候，恒大以68.13億的價格取得這宗地塊。本次競拍底價與68億的拿地金額相比，降價了36.6億。
